PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
First Water Lab offers both one-time purchases and recurring Subscribe & Save purchase options. This policy explains how each option works and how customers may cancel or change an order or subscription.
One-Time Purchases
A one-time purchase is charged once at checkout and does not automatically renew.
Because most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
To request an order cancellation, email:
Include your full name and order number.
We will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned under our 60-Day Return and Satisfaction Policy.
Subscribe & Save Purchases
By selecting Subscribe & Save, you authorize First Water Lab to automatically create recurring orders and charge the payment method on file according to the delivery frequency and price shown when you subscribe.
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
The subscription price, applicable discount, delivery frequency, and next scheduled order date are displayed during purchase and in your subscription-management portal.
Taxes and any applicable shipping charges may be added to each recurring order.
Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.
Subscriptions may be managed through the subscription-management link provided in your account or subscription emails.

We do not require customers to provide a reason for cancellation.
Canceling a subscription stops future eligible renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped.
Skipping, Pausing, or Rescheduling
When available through the subscription-management portal, customers may:

Skip an upcoming delivery

Pause the subscription

Reschedule the next delivery

Change the delivery frequency

Update the shipping address

Update the payment method

Cancel future recurring orders
Any requested change must be completed before the next recurring order is processed.
Changes made after processing begins may apply only to future subscription orders.
Recurring Order Processing
Each recurring order is charged using the payment method saved to the subscription.
After a recurring order has been charged and entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it because orders are prepared for shipment quickly.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation of an order that has already begun processing.
If a recurring order has already shipped, it may be eligible for return under our Return and Satisfaction Policy.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment is declined, our subscription provider may attempt to process the payment again.
Customers are responsible for maintaining current payment and billing information.
A subscription may be paused or canceled after repeated unsuccessful payment attempts.
First Water Lab will not intentionally continue shipping recurring orders for which payment has not been successfully completed.
Price Changes
If the price of a recurring subscription changes, customers will be notified in advance when required by applicable law.
Any change will apply only to future subscription orders and will not affect an order that has already been processed.
Customers may cancel before the changed price takes effect.
Promotional Subscription Pricing
Subscribe & Save discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and subject to the terms displayed when the customer subscribes.
Canceling the subscription does not convert prior subscription orders into one-time purchases and does not create a retroactive charge for discounts previously received.
Promotional offers may have additional clearly disclosed terms.
Returns and Refunds
Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
Refund eligibility for an order that has already been processed, delivered, or returned is governed by the First Water Lab 60-Day Return and Satisfaction Policy.
Opened, installed, or used standalone replacement-filter cartridges may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene and quality-control reasons. This restriction does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
